For one of our clients, we are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist, working remotely from Latin America.

As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving client success by combining technology with strategic marketing solutions. Your expertise will help design and optimize automation platforms, integrate AI tools, and enable seamless sales processes. This role requires creativity, technical proficiency, and a forward-thinking mindset to deliver impactful campaigns and results for clients. Accountabilities

• Consult with clients to provide expertise in marketing automation and lead-generation best practices.
• Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms, including ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Go High Level.
• Design and refine campaign flows, emails, landing pages, lead scoring, and segmentation for optimal performance.
• Integrate AI-powered tools into marketing strategies and processes.
• Align marketing automation systems with client platforms for seamless functionality and impactful results.
• Define and improve sales funnels, lead attribution, and sales enablement strategies.
• Create SOPs, audit existing marketing tech, and provide training for teams and clients.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to refine and optimize strategies.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing automation and sales enablement.
• Proficiency in ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Salesforce, Go High Level, and basic HTML/CSS.
• Experience with AI tools and emerging marketing technologies.
• Proven ability to optimize processes, improve lead quality, and enhance client satisfaction.
• Strong communication skills and an independent, proactive work style.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
