One of our companies is currently looking for a Director, Marketing Operations in the United States.

We’re seeking a strategic and data-driven Director of Marketing Operations to lead and optimize marketing systems, processes, and performance across a global team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives on streamlining operations, maximizing efficiency, and enabling predictable growth through collaboration with cross-functional teams. You’ll oversee the marketing tech stack, drive alignment with sales and finance, and lead a high-performing team focused on campaign execution, reporting, and strategic planning. Accountabilities:

• Lead and scale all aspects of global marketing operations, including campaign execution, lead management, and technology strategy.
• Build and refine processes to align marketing with sales, analytics, and finance, ensuring seamless collaboration and measurable results.
• Oversee the marketing tech stack, driving system integration, efficiency, and scalability.
• Own campaign measurement, budget forecasting, and channel strategy to ensure data-driven decision-making.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing operations team, delivering consistently impactful and strategic outcomes.
• Evaluate and introduce new technologies and methodologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

• 8+ years of experience in marketing operations or related roles within B2B SaaS organizations.
• Deep knowledge of marketing technology platforms, campaign measurement, and lead lifecycle strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to convert data into actionable insights.
• Experience designing and scaling GTM processes in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders across multiple teams.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for driving innovation, challenging existing norms, and improving performance.
• Comfortable managing multiple complex projects simultaneously with a high level of precision.
