As a fast-growing DTC brand, we’re looking for a Performance Content Editor/Creator to craft high-converting, engaging ad creatives that drive sales across Meta, TikTok, and Amazon.
This role is perfect for someone who understands the direct-response nature of performance marketing and can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping ads. If you have a sharp eye for what works in paid media, thrive in a fast-paced, test-and-iterate environment, and can deliver high-quality video ad creatives—we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Edit and produce video ad creatives tailored for Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels.
- Repurpose and optimize existing content to fit different ad formats and placements.
- Understand performance metrics (CTR, watch time, ROAS) and iterate on creatives accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align creatives with campaign objectives.
- Stay up to date with ad trends to continuously improve the effectiveness of content.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience editing direct-response video ads for e-commerce brands.
- Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Etc.
- Understanding of high-performing ad styles—you can spot (and create) a winning ad.
- Ability to work with raw UGC and turn it into engaging, persuasive content.
- Familiarity with Amazon and DTC e-commerce best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative problem-solver mindset.
Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience working with fitness, nutrition, or supplement brands.
- Understand performance marketing metrics and creative testing strategies.
- Have run paid ads yourself and understand audience psychology.
