The Sr. Channel Marketing Manager will be responsible for equipping our retail network with best-in-class marketing tools and programs. This role will place a strong emphasis on digital marketing, including website optimization, SEO, referral programs, reputation management, and digital advertising. The position collaborates closely with brand marketing, digital marketing, and the field sales team to ensure alignment and execution. Additionally, the manager will foster strong relationships with vendor partners, the field sales team, and our North American Spa Retail Network.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing programs to support retail partners, focusing on website optimization, search engine visibility, referral marketing, reputation management, and paid digital advertising across North America.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including brand marketing, digital marketing, and field sales to ensure marketing strategies are aligned and effectively implemented across all channels.
- Create, manage, and distribute marketing toolkits and resources to retail partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and local execution, updating materials quarterly or as needed.
- Manage the distributed marketing platform used by retailers to access and customize brand-approved marketing materials, programs and support. Ensure content is up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with overall marketing strategy.
- Evaluate digital campaign performance by working with preferred vendors and analyzing data and key performance indicators to continuously improve program effectiveness and support retailer growth.
- Provide marketing training and guidance to retail partners and field sales teams through virtual meetings and occasional in-person sessions to enhance local marketing execution and digital fluency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, vendor agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Research emerging digital marketing trends and technologies to recommend new tools and strategies that improve marketing performance and partner success.
- Travel up to 25% of the time across North America to attend trade events, customer meetings, and support key sales & marketing initiatives in the field.

Compensation is based on experience; $124,000+ and annual bonus potential.
- Bachelor’s Degree Required.
- 8+ Years of Marketing Experience Preferred.
- Experience with distributed marketing platforms, salesforce, and content management systems preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of digital marketing principles and tactics, including search engine optimization, website optimization, digital advertising, referral marketing, and online reputation management.
- Knowledge of channel marketing and retail marketing dynamics, including how to support independent retailers with scalable marketing programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and campaign performance metrics to drive informed decisions.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas, present strategies, and build alignment with internal stakeholders, vendors, and retail partners.
- Creative thinking and a proactive mindset to generate fresh marketing ideas and identify opportunities to improve retailer performance and brand presence.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work collaboratively across departments and cultivate trust with external partners.
- Working knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation to ensure efficient use of marketing spend and program investment.
- Comfort with decision-making and accountability, with the confidence to recommend strategies and take ownership of outcomes.
- Experience with vendor and partner negotiation to ensure high-quality service delivery and alignment with business goals.
