Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Systems Administrator to support technology systems and user needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for internal team members, including onboarding and offboarding processes
• Manage device lifecycle, including ordering, tracking, and maintaining hardware
• Document technical processes and conduct internal audits to recommend improvements

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Mac expertise, including remote support and application troubleshooting
• Experience with cloud-based collaboration tools like Zoom and Slack
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments is preferred
• Previous experience using Salesforce or a similar ticketing system is strongly preferred
