Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT and Technical Support Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own IT infrastructure for US operations, focusing on Google Workspace and compliance with security/privacy requirements
• Collaborate on IT compliance with regulatory teams and ensure adherence to HIPAA, SOC2, and HITRUST/ISO 27001 standards
• Provide second line technical support for users and work with Customer Success to resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• Background in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in IT within regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, automotive, space)
• Experience with HIPAA, SOC2, HITRUST, and/or ISO 27001
• Experience managing macOS and/or Linux environments with endpoint management tools
• Experience in providing technical support and communicating with internal and external users
