Job Summary

A company is looking for an Information Technology Support Administrator to support a multi-site Microsoft Windows desktop environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote support for end-users
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the computing environment
• Document incidents and escalate issues to appropriate teams as needed

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technology stack including DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
• Experience with Helpdesk Ticketing and hardware lifecycle management
• Ability to conduct training for users on hardware and software
• Experience with remote troubleshooting tools
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage client expectations
