Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Service Management Manager (Remote - Ohio/NC).

Key Responsibilities

• Drives process improvements in IT operations to enhance reliability and efficiency
• Documents and reports metrics, monitoring events within ITSM or ESM processes
• Leads collaboration efforts for problem resolution and change management across teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience in Operational IT services, or
• High School Diploma or GED with 10 years of experience in Operational IT services
• Experience in ITSM Process Management (Change, Incident, Problem, etc.)
• ITIL Certification preferred, Six Sigma preferred
• Currently a contractor or contingent worker is preferred
