Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of IT professionals and oversee the execution of assigned work
• Develop and implement strategies for new technology delivery and optimize existing services
• Foster relationships with business stakeholders and ensure compliance with IT standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of three years of IT lead or management experience
• Minimum of three years of relevant IT experience
• Experience in translating business requirements into technical specifications is preferred
• Project planning and management experience is preferred
