Key Responsibilities

• Own roadmaps, technical execution, project delivery, and day-to-day operations for internal systems and infrastructure
• Work cross-department to deliver secure, reliable, and well-integrated employee-facing technology
• Provide mentorship and guidance to early-career IT professionals to support their technical and professional growth

Required Qualifications

• Proven expertise managing IT systems at technology companies (ideally 100-500 employees)
• Deep hands-on experience with MDM, SSO, SaaS administration, and endpoint security
• Experience supporting hybrid or remote-first teams
• Proficient in automating away repetitive tasks and building scalable internal tooling
• Demonstrated expertise in guiding IT professionals and identifying growth avenues for their continuing development
