Administrative Assistant (Long Beach)

Healthy Brain Clinic is now hiring an Administrative Assistant. This is a patient-facing role at the front desk that supports our team of doctors and research professionals in our mission to find new medical breakthroughs through clinical research.

• Warmly greet and assist study participants in reception areas at all times, especially older adults
• Answer incoming calls efficiently while providing superior customer service
• Schedule participant appointments and internal meetings
• Assist with participant recruitment and outreach
• Provide clerical and administrative support

• Excellent communication and social skills in spoken and written English
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks with precision

Hours and Compensation

This role is based full-time in-person at our clinic in Long Beach, CA. The hours for this position are 8:00a-5:00p Monday - Thursday and 8:00a-12:00p on Friday (half day on Friday).

This full-time employment position is paid at $23/hr (approximately $43.6k per year).
