Investing Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate in Investing Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own precious metals operations, including settlements and reconciliation
• Drive process improvements and refine innovative processes as the team scales
• Master settlement processes for equity and mutual fund workflows

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in Brokerage Operations or related fields
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks
• Interest in fintech and alternative investments
• Familiarity with tools and technologies, including SQL and AI
• Post Graduate education in Finance is a plus
