Position Overview

We’re looking for a data-savvy, automation-first HR Analytics & Automation associate to join our HR team. This role will own all HR & Recruitment databases, drive reporting, streamline workflows, and build smarter systems through automation. If you thrive on turning scattered data into meaningful insights and love solving problems with tools and tech, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage all central People & Recruitment databases
  • Build, maintain & optimize dashboards and reports for HR, recruitment, and leadership
  • Identify automation opportunities across the employee lifecycle and implement solutions
  • Translate stakeholder needs into scalable reporting systems
  • Continuously explore and recommend new tools or methods for better efficiency and insights
  • Ensure strong data hygiene, security, and documentation practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (TA, HR, Finance) to streamline data flows
  • Run deep-dive analyses to support people decisions and improve processes

What would excite us?

  • 2–4 years of experience in Analytics, Data Ops, or Automation roles (not limited to HR)
  • Hands-on experience with GSheets, Excel, and modern reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Metabase)
  • Strong understanding of data structures, reporting logic, and system integrations (experience with HR/ATS tools is a plus)
  • Comfortable with automation tools like Zapier, AppScript, Make/Integromat, or similar
  • High ownership and ability to work independently on open-ended problem statements
  • Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
  • Always curious – upskilling regularly, learning new tools or methods on the go
  • Deep appreciation for data accuracy, confidentiality, and structured documentation
