You at Intertek: 

Join us as Testing and Inspections Coordinator and, after an initial onboarding & induction phase, you will support the team in the following:

• Receiving and coordinating customer orders from initial request to invoicing and payment
• Preparing offers for testing and product certification
• Cooperation with Intertek global laboratories and external consultants
• Participation in meetings and direct contact with clients, supporting them with knowledge, experience and advise
• Constant update on regulations and market situation
• Monthly forecasting and keeping records on all activities
• Participation in complaint process
• Cooperation with Sales & Marketing departments, and support for Testing & Inspections Manager

Are you the one?

• Graduate studies, Master's degree
• Between 2 to 3 years of professional experience, ideally within structured, multinational corporations, in roles focused on customer interaction and support, such as B2B Customer Service, Project Management, Service Coordination, Export Sales, or Logistics Operations.
• Fluent in Polish and with strong English skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in computer usage and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Adaptable and able to work in a dynamic, multicultural setting.
• A team player who enjoys collaboration.
