Job Summary

A company is looking for a Communications Specialist to manage and deliver effective internal communications within the Digital Workplace team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage intake, drafting, validation, and dissemination of service, product, and efficiency-related communications
• Write and maintain the Digital Workplace Communications Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
• Develop and track metrics to measure the impact of communications and provide insights to leadership

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT business communications
• Experience in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Knowledge of service governance processes and frameworks
• Background in digital workplace technologies and initiatives
• Familiarity with enterprise-level communication strategies and tools
