A company is looking for an Internal Communications Generalist (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Create diverse content formats, such as articles, videos, blogs, updates, and internal newsletters to engage staff
• Collaborate with the Internal Communications Lead to create communication plans supporting key initiatives
• Support the coordination of internal events and engagement opportunities for staff

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in content writing, corporate communications, or a related field
• Experience in developing content across multiple formats, including video and graphics
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational skills, including managing content calendars
• Knowledge of best practices in internal communications to drive employee engagement
