Aesthetician/Medical Assistant

Our very busy Dermatology practice is seeking an exceptional, professional team player to join our front desk team. Our Front Desk associate must be able to handle a fast-paced environment, be a multi tasker and provide 5-star customer service.
 

Duties 

• Perform a variety of facial and body procedures intended to increase, improve or maintain the appearance and health of human skin. These are including but not limited to the following: Facials, Chemical Peels, Microneedling, HydroFacial, Sciton BBL and Forever Young treatments, Visia photography.
• Performing consultations and recommending procedures and skin care products and regimens appropriate for the patient’s goals.
• Follow up with patients post-treatment to ensure expectations are met and/or exceeded.
• Having knowledge of cosmetic procedures performed by practitioners in-office and makeappropriate referrals to our providers.
• Educating patients on skin care and offering custom treatment plans for their individual needs both in the office and a home care regimen as well.
• Maintaining a clean, neat and hygienic work area.
• Ensure accurate documentation in chart according to office protocols.

• Excellent communication skills in person and on the phone.
• Must be friendly, professional, and well-organized with attention to detail
• Experienced in promotional programs, social medial platforms and marketing campaigns specific to marketing cosmetic procedures/products in a medical office setting
• Experienced in Allergan, Galderma and Merz patient appreciation/retention programs (Alle, Aspire, etc)
• Strong sales background and proven results to increase Laser and Procedural volume.
• Knowledgeable in different skin care procedures, treatments and products.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in providing top quality skin care (Required)

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Certifications/Licenses:
• Must be licensed in Utah
• Must be Certified from an Accredited Aesthetic School
• Must have Laser Certification

Salary 

• Pay starts at 19 and increases with experience
