Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Product Manager, Construction E&S.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development of E&S offerings, focusing on Construction General Liability
• Define appetite and segmentation strategy for non-admitted business
• Conduct industry research and optimize product performance for profit and growth

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Commercial Insurance, particularly in E&S product management or underwriting
• Deep familiarity with the E&S market and its operational and regulatory nuances
• Experience in optimizing and pricing E&S products using data and modeling
• BA/BS degree; advanced degree or insurance certifications are a plus
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple workstreams across functions
