Insurance and Claims Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance and Claims Manager to oversee the insurance and claims lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all insurance claims, including cargo loss, property damage, and workers' compensation
• Serve as the primary liaison with insurers, brokers, and legal partners during investigations and settlements
• Oversee compliance with insurance regulations and manage the annual insurance renewal process

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in insurance and claims, preferably in trucking or logistics
• Strong understanding of transportation insurance policies and claims resolution processes
• Familiarity with COI management and risk transfer practices
• Experience with insurance claims systems or TMS platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business, Insurance, or a related field is preferred
