Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer for a 12-month remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth job-task analysis and needs assessments to identify learning objectives and determine training solutions
• Consult with team members to develop training program goals and ensure training increases employee capability
• Design course content using instructional design theory and adult learning principles, creating new training programs and methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in Articulate 360
• 3-5 years of experience in instructional design
• High level of skills with Camtasia and Articulate
