Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to create impactful training materials and sales collateral.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Curriculum Lead to design and develop content for sales and customer success training programs
• Create visually compelling collateral, including presentations, pitch decks, and training videos
• Maintain an organized repository of enablement assets and assess content effectiveness with enablement partners

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design, content development, or learning & development
• Proficiency with design and authoring tools such as Google Slides, Adobe Creative Suite, or Articulate/Rise
• Experience producing training materials like presentations and microlearning videos
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and content structuring
• Ability to work collaboratively with trainers, sales teams, and subject matter experts
