Financial Planning & Analysis

Minimum three (3) years experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports. Bachelors degree in finance, business, or related field and Minimum six (6) years Financial Planning & Analysis experience, or directly related business experience. Additional equivalent work experience in a directly related field may be substituted for the degree requirement.

What are the nice-to-have skills?

Previous recent Healthcare industry experience in financial roles. Proficient in Excel for financial modeling, analysis and reporting. Proficient in accounting principles and statements including general ledger and income statement. Two (2) years supervisory experience. Three (3) years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above)
