Reports to: Commercial Marketing Manager

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Commercial Marketing Executive to join our team in the exciting world of the exhibition industry in Egypt. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential business leads to drive growth and maximize opportunities within our events sector primarily F&B, Agriculture, Pharma and Auto afterparts.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a data-driven and creative Commercial Marketing Executive to develop, monitor, and analyze lead generation campaigns. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of marketing and sales alignment, and a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales team to pinpoint areas of focus and collaborate with the marketing team to execute high-impact campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Campaign Execution

  • Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across multiple digital and offline channels.
  • Utilize marketing automation, CRM tools, and data analytics to track and refine campaign performance.
  • Develop segmentation strategies to target the right audience and improve conversion rates.

Monitoring, Analysis & Insights

  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, including lead volume, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Provide regular reports and actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Maintain and refine lead scoring models to enhance lead quality.

Sales & Marketing Collaboration

  • Work closely with the sales team to identify key areas for lead generation efforts.
  • Ensure marketing campaigns align with sales objectives and business goals.
  • Share insights and recommendations to refine sales outreach strategies.

Data Management & Research

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify new lead opportunities.
  • Maintain and manage lead databases, ensuring accuracy and organization.
  • Leverage data analytics and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Google Analytics) to generate insights.

Key Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong command of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Creative problem-solving skills to develop engaging lead gen strategies.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Eloqua, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including paid campaigns, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate insights effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in lead generation, data and campaign management.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of the exhibition industry trends, key players, and market dynamics is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
