The Role

The Coordinator of Influencer Recruitment will focus on identifying and engaging trending American TikTok influencers, building a comprehensive database of influencers, and tracking their rates for promoting music. This bilingual role is essential for helping our team tap into the U.S. market, specifically within the music industry, to establish a strong pool of influencer talent. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of TikTok trends, U.S. culture, and influencer pricing, combined with excellent research, communication, and organizational skills in both English and Spanish.

• Research and identify top U.S.-based TikTok influencers, particularly those in the music and entertainment space.
• Build and maintain a bilingual database of influencers, including their follower demographics, engagement metrics, and rates for promoting songs on TikTok.
• Ensure the database is kept up-to-date with accurate and current information.
• Reach out to and engage with U.S. TikTok influencers, fostering strong relationships and encouraging them to participate in music promotion opportunities.
• Develop targeted strategies to attract influencers who align with music campaigns and have high engagement.
• Communicate clearly with influencers in both English and Spanish, ensuring all aspects of the recruitment process run smoothly.
• Conduct onboarding calls with new influencers to ensure a seamless integration into campaigns.
• Answer any questions influencers may have about the registration process.
• Provide continuous support to influencers throughout the onboarding process to ensure they feel comfortable and well-prepared.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, viral content, and influencer best practices on TikTok, specifically within the U.S. market.
• Provide insights and recommendations on influencer rates and strategies for effective music promotion on TikTok.
• Analyze and report on the performance of influencers to continually refine recruitment strategies.

• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent recruitment, or social media campaigns, ideally focused on TikTok.
• In-depth understanding of U.S. TikTok trends, culture, and influencer pricing strategies.
• Proven experience in influencer acquisition, particularly within the music and entertainment sectors.
• Strong ability to build and manage a diverse network of U.S.-based influencers.
• Skilled in conducting onboarding calls and ensuring influencer satisfaction throughout the campaign process.
• Proficiency in English is a must, Spanish is a plus.
• Familiarity with TikTok analytics tools and influencer marketing platforms.
• Ability to develop and execute targeted strategies to acquire top-tier influencers.
