At Industrial Growth, we build marketing engines for manufacturers. Since our founding in 2023, we’ve brought on five clients across industrial segments and delivered millions of dollars in revenue for them.
This year, we’re looking to expand our team and client portfolio with the addition of two Senior Marketing Strategists. With the support of a brand designer and your marketing assistant, you’ll act as our clients’ marketing director, analyzing what drives revenue, making recommendations for increasing marketing-sourced revenue, and executing campaigns across paid social, email, and client websites.
The right person for this position is a business-savvy, well-rounded B2B marketer, who obsesses about delivering results and cares deeply about creating high-quality work. In return, you’ll find a remote work environment with a manageable workload, flexible schedules, and the opportunity to learn from the best.
Your responsibilities:
- Own marketing success: You’ll obsess about our clients’ results and are always looking for ways to make the next month better than the last. You make sure we deliver projects on time and keep everyone accountable.
- Become deeply familiar with our client's businesses: their product, buyers, and the problems they solve.
- Create content for ads, brochures, or emails for clients
- Manage paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads. You’ll pace budgets, check demographics, and make weekly recommendations for improvement
- Help execute miscellaneous marketing projects, from running print ads to launching a website together with our developers & designers
- You have 2-5 years of marketing experience in B2B and/or the manufacturing space with a focus on demand gen
- You have strong critical thinking skills. You can make sense of ad data, customer calls, or research, and deduct the necessary steps
- You’re hungry to learn and want to take your career to the next level
- You’re extremely organized in a remote setting. Tasks don’t slip through the cracks, and you communicate well when there’s too much on your plate.
- You’re a strong writer who can convey complex messaging concisely and precisely
- Experience with HubSpot, Figma, and Canva are a plus but not required
- Work remotely from anywhere within the North American or European time zones
- 35 days paid time off, plus public holidays in your country
- Unlimited sick leave
- Professional development budget to buy books, take courses, etc.
- Work-from-home allowance (furniture, equipment, etc.)
- A work culture focused on creativity, respect, and maintaining a manageable workload
