The Indiana University Foundation is seeking a highly collaborative, customer service focused individual to serve as Manager, Stewardship Officers. In this pivotal role, you and your team will collaborate closely with colleagues across the Advancement Services Team to plan, consult, and execute meaningful donor engagement strategies. By leading strategically and creatively, you will execute and champion stewardship activities that reflect IUF’s values and commitment to lasting relationships with our supporters. From producing compelling impact stories to overseeing personalized engagement efforts like Thankview videos, your team’s work will bring donor generosity to life in authentic and inspiring ways. This team is re-forming and re-branding, so now is the perfect time to build the ideal program.

You will guide your team in their work, ensuring tools, training, and collaboration support a culture of gratitude and donor-centric communications. Knowledge and Skills:

• Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing.
• Excellent writing and editing skills; ability to write in a clear, concise, and error-free manner.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of personal and professional integrity.
• Good judgment in managing confidential information.
• Ability to interact with stakeholders from a wide range of professional and cultural backgrounds.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in extensively used job-related IUF software and systems
• Experience leading and managing a team

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years professional experience in fundraising, public relations, or customer service position, preferably in higher education or other large, complex institution.

A cover letter is highly recommended as part of your application. This is an onsite position based in Bloomington, Indiana. Applications will be accepted through at least June 7th, 2025. The compensation for this position is $68,000.00- $73,000.00 annually and is commensurate with experience.
