Job Summary

A company is looking for an RCS-Operational Performance Expert CC.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality reviews of provider or coder compliance with coding guidelines and regulations
• Educate physicians, APPs, and coders on review results and coding practices
• Support operational workflow efficiencies and ensure accuracy in clinical documentation and coding

Required Qualifications

• Current coding or health information credential through AHIMA or AAPC
• 3-5 years of coding and/or quality review experience, preferably in multispecialty coding
• Knowledge of revenue cycle requirements and regulations
• High School Diploma/GED required; Associate or Bachelor Degree in relevant fields preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
