A company is looking for an Incident Response Engagement Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Scope new incident response engagements and generate necessary documentation
• Lead incident response engagements, ensuring client satisfaction and quality deliverables
• Manage case budgets and staffing, providing regular updates to clients and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of project or case management experience
• General knowledge of the Cyber Incident Response Lifecycle
• Associate, Bachelor's, or Master's Degree in a related field preferred
• Experience in a client-facing role with a focus on customer service
• Familiarity with various operating systems and cyber-attack types
