Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to manage product implementation projects from sale to service delivery hand-off.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the product implementation project, ensuring timelines and tasks are tracked
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and facilitate client communication during the implementation process
• Configure administration systems and collect necessary setup data from clients and brokers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 2-4 years of experience in Implementations or a similar role in Third-Party Administration or Healthcare
• Knowledge of the benefits industry, particularly pre-tax benefits and COBRA
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under time constraints
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
