Implementation Services Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Services Manager to oversee project execution for new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the implementation and operation team in daily activities
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure engagement in the implementation process
• Identify and provide feedback on process improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Management, or equivalent experience
• 2 years of experience overseeing client implementation efforts operationally
• 2 years of experience leading cross-functional teams on multiple implementation efforts
• 2 years of experience evaluating operational reports and aligning delivery to performance targets
• 2 years of experience working within an enterprise Change management process
