Implementation Product Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Product Owner Support professional to assist with the delivery of VA Health Connect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate product vision into user stories, features, and documentation
• Support JIRA-based requirement tracking and sprint documentation
• Coordinate with training and communications teams for go-live readiness

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience supporting healthcare or IT integration projects
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, JIRA, and Salesforce
• Experience with Genesys or other contact center platforms is a plus
