A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to guide clients through the onboarding process and ensure successful activation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead clients through the full implementation funnel from discovery to activation handoff
• Conduct thorough discovery to identify client needs and manage potential roadblocks
• Manage projects end-to-end, coordinating stakeholders and driving accountability

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct implementation experience at a tech-enabled or transactional business
• Proven ability to lead clients through implementation or onboarding processes
• Experience in holding clients accountable to deliverables and timelines
• High emotional intelligence with strong stakeholder management skills
• Proactive and self-driven, able to navigate fast-paced, ambiguous environments
