A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to manage customer accounts and assist with payment processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mail reminder and lapse letters in a timely manner
  • Make at least 50 outbound calls daily to maintain customer engagement
  • Assist members with payment processing and manage unpaid accounts
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Proficient PC skills and ability to learn new software
  • Illinois Property and Casualty insurance license or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
