Data Analyst - Finance

• Interpret data and analyze results using industry best practices
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Responsible for monthly quality control and data management of non- interest revenue.
• Assist in developing data strategies to optimize data usage and quality
• Extract, filter, clean and store raw data from primary or secondary data sources
• Create business intelligence dashboards
• Write and maintain technical documentation
• Develop predictive models for budget and forecasts
• Responsible for monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis

• 1 year of direct experience in data analysis and handling data sets
• 1 year of financial analysis
• Technical skills: Python (coding and libraries), SQL, Power BI, Excel (Advanced), Database concepts, Qlik
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Strong prioritization skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Experience a plus for: PowerPoint, Oracle EPM and associated tools

Compensation:

The expected annual salary for this position is between $65,000 - $80,000 at the start of employment. A salary offer is determined on an individualized basis, taking into consideration factors such as an individual’s skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision plans, life and disability insurance, employee wellness program, retirement and savings plans with employer contributions, generous holiday and paid time off schedules, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
