Job Role: Team Lead Loan Processor/Audit Specialist  

Work Schedule: This is a full-time role (8 hours per day) (Australian Timezone)

Salary range: $1500-2300 AUD / Monthly

Who The Client Is:

The client is Australia’s largest independent mortgage broker. 

Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Team Lead Loan Processor/Audit Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of financial processes, enabling them to work effectively with business partners, brokers, and clients. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in overseeing the Loan Processors and act as an audit specialist 
  • In-charge in completing pre and post submission audits on team’s submissions and applications 
  • Handles presentation of findings in a report to more senior management 
  • Handles and take charges in overseeing the gaps and address through training 
  • Resposbible in handling high volume workload 
  • Other adhoc tasks - sending out loan documents, etc 














Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Senior Loan Processor/Audit Specialist in an Australian loan mortgage company. 
  • Experience in mortgage brokerage 
  • Needs experience in all bank portals (pricings, valuations etc)
  • ST experience although preferred if they haven’t had experience we need someone who has had experience with a similar CRM

  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Able to adapt quickly to company’s internal tools such as AOL and bank portal 
  • Abiltiy to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines
