Mission:
As the Head of Digital Marketing & Communications you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing and communication strategies that align with the organization's overall vision and business objectives. You will need to oversee content creation and management across digital platforms and social media channels, driving engagement with key stakeholders. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, campaign execution, performance analysis, and content production utilizing tools such as Canva and AI-powered platforms.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing a cohesive digital marketing strategy across all digital platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels), ensuring consistency with the company's branding and strategic direction.
- Collaborating with the executive team to create and manage a digital content calendar that integrates corporate messaging.
- Producing standalone content such as graphics, videos, and copy using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-powered content creation tools.
- Managing relationships with external agencies and partners for the creation of marketing assets, ensuring alignment with the brand and communication standards.
- Designing and executing digital campaigns to enhance brand visibility, monitoring performance metrics, and recommending optimizations for continuous improvement.
- Identifying target audiences, analyzing campaign results, and proposing strategies for increasing online brand presence and audience engagement.
- Monitoring campaign budgets, optimizing ROI, and ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Utilizing tools like Google Analytics to track website and campaign performance, identifying areas for enhancement.
- Staying updated with digital marketing trends, competitive landscape, and proposing innovative ideas for digital engagement.
- Coordinating updates to the corporate website in collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring an up-to-date and compelling online presence.
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, data analysis tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights), and digital content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, AI tools like ChatGPT, video editing software).
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role with proven success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies.
- Fluency in English and Greek.
