This role will focus on sales in Australia, with opportunities to work across NZ, Asia Pacific, North America and Europe.

As a Professional Services Sales Representative focused on Infrastructure, Security and Modern Workplaces you will...
- Drive sales of HSO’s Professional Services related to ISM solutions, demonstrating the transformative impact of these technologies on client businesses.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories or accounts, focusing on the sales of ISM related services.
- Work closely with expert technical and consulting teams to craft compelling proposals that align HSO’s capabilities with our clients' strategic goals.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new clientele to expand HSO’s footprint in the ISM market.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand emerging trends and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Engage with clients to conduct needs assessments, presenting tailored solutions that leverage HSO’s expertise in ISM.
- Lead product demonstrations and workshops to illustrate the capabilities of our offerings and their potential business applications.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively to hit quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular updates and forecasting reports to sales management regarding pipeline status and business development activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 3-5 years of sales experience selling consulting or professional services in ISM, AI, Data Analytics, or related technology.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud, infrastructure and security and modern workplace technologies, including familiarity with Azure Data Services, big data solutions, and modern analytics.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and developing lasting client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a strong sense of urgency.
- Experience using CRM systems for managing sales activity.
- Availability to travel occasionally to meet clients and attend industry events.
