Here's what you'd love doing here:

  • Designing and running social media campaigns with one purpose: recruiting real estate agents.
  • Creating content that makes agents think, “I want to know more.”
  • Managing and growing an actual community — DMs, comments, groups, events — and turning followers into conversations.
  • Collaborating with our recruiting team to generate real, qualified agent leads (not just vanity metrics).
  • Tracking growth, learning what’s working, and scaling it.
  • Becoming a trusted voice for agents who are looking for something better.

You're probably someone who:

  • Is naturally social, curious, and loves building audiences.
  • Has 3+ years running social media and community channels (bonus if you've done it in real estate or recruiting).
  • Thinks of social media as a business tool — not just a content platform.
  • Knows how to turn attention into action (followers into leads, leads into hires).
  • Wants to help people make life-changing decisions (yes, agents switch companies for a reason).
  • Is motivated by growth — audience growth, career growth, and impact.

  • You helped grow a real pipeline of agents who wouldn’t have found us otherwise.
  • Agent followers regularly engage, comment, and show curiosity about joining.

Qualifications

  • 12+ months working remote
  • Min 3+ years professional experience building a social media community
