Your task will be to align our people strategy with our business goals, building upon the strong base we’ve already developed — all the while keeping a lock-tight grip on our culture as we grow. You’ll own our people strategy for our US-based employees, always looking down the road to identify what will be needed next in terms of process, initiatives, structure and talent, and will also help create and drive key people initiatives for our global HoneyBookers. This role is hybrid to our SF office, 2-3 days per week (current expectation is Wednesdays and Thursdays in-office).
