Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and online research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and propose relevant solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and ops team to refine sales strategies and target market segments effectively.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs, and competitive analysis to inform business development initiatives.
  • Go to events, and represent the brand
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the DTC & Retail technology or media or creative sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to analyze market data and identify trends to support business decisions.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and familiar with sales-related tools and technologies.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
