Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy Define and execute a forward-thinking product strategy aligned with our company’s bold vision and growth goals, with a focus on Human Experience Management (HXM) for global workforce solutions and experience with global payroll.
- Collaboration with Development Teams Partner with outsourced development teams to oversee the complete product lifecycle, ensuring the timely delivery of innovative, high-quality features and functionalities.
- HCM & Global Payroll Expertise Leverage your industry knowledge to drive strategic decisions, ensuring alignment with market needs and compliance with global standards.
- User Experience (UX) & Interface (UI) Design Advocate for a seamless and intuitive user experience by collaborating closely with UI/UX designers to transform customer insights into compelling design elements.
- Workflow Documentation Develop and maintain comprehensive workflow documentation that clearly communicates business requirements to development teams, ensuring seamless execution.
- Roadmap Development Convert complex business needs into a detailed, actionable product roadmap while collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and deliver results.
- Voice of the Customer Be the champion of the end user by conducting thorough user research, gathering feedback, and leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication Keep internal stakeholders, including executive leadership, informed and aligned with clear, consistent updates on product timelines, goals, and progress.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience 5+ years in product management, with a proven focus on HCM or global payments technology.
- Project Management Mastery Demonstrated success in steering complex projects from inception to launch, with top-tier organizational and multitasking skills.
- UI/UX Expertise In-depth understanding of UI/UX principles, with experience collaborating with design teams to create user-focused, intuitive interfaces.
- Customer-First Mindset A deep passion for understanding customer needs and translating them into impactful product enhancements.
