Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert to operational and leadership teams
• Oversee the HEDIS project for quality and timeliness, including vendor oversight
• Analyze report data trends and develop action plans to improve care gap performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of healthcare leadership experience
• 3+ years of experience with HEDIS
• Project management experience with a proven track record in a fast-paced environment
• Intermediate knowledge of NCQA HEDIS regulations and CMS quality metric regulations
