Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field
2-7 years of experience as a HEDIS Quality Improvement Analyst or equivalent experience, depending on the level
Advanced knowledge of health insurance industry, HEDIS, NCQA, and CMS metrics
Proficiency in database reporting (SQL) and analytics programming languages (SAS), with advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau)
Strong project management skills and ability to draft analytical assessments
