Job Summary

A company is looking for a HEDIS Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinates the annual HEDIS Roadmap and collaborates with departments to ensure data accuracy and compliance
• Produces HEDIS reporting to support clinical quality initiatives and improves member health outcomes
• Provides analytical support for quality improvement initiatives and mentors junior analysts

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field
• 2-7 years of experience as a HEDIS Quality Improvement Analyst or equivalent experience, depending on the level
• Advanced knowledge of health insurance industry, HEDIS, NCQA, and CMS metrics
• Proficiency in database reporting (SQL) and analytics programming languages (SAS), with advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau)
• Strong project management skills and ability to draft analytical assessments
