Healthcare Technology Operations Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP, Technology Operations in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technology operations for care centers, ensuring high availability and performance of IT systems
• Ensure timely delivery of technology services, meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and optimizing processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate service delivery and integrate technology solutions across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of leadership experience in technology operations, particularly in service delivery and infrastructure management
• Experience managing technology in a multi-site environment, preferably in healthcare
• Strong understanding of IT service management principles and frameworks; certifications like ITIL are a plus
• Experience with cybersecurity controls and electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred
