Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Project Manager to oversee the successful implementation of its products.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Success for smooth client transitions from sales to implementation
• Manage multiple client implementations and internal initiatives simultaneously, ensuring milestones are met
• Serve as the escalation point for risks and decisions during implementations, maintaining a deep understanding of the company's products

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
• Minimum 3-5 years in healthcare management, delivery, or consulting experience
• 3+ years of project management and/or implementation experience
• Experience at a SaaS, health-tech company, or start-up
• Proven track record of strong client management and customer service skills
