Job Description

Join us in providing staffing solutions that help hospitals, aged care facilities, and clinics deliver high-quality patient care by:

  • Client & Candidate Management: Build strong relationships with clients healthcare workers (largely nurses), ensuring satisfaction, retention, and seamless placement processes through effective communication and customer service.

  • Operational Efficiency & Financial Targets: Manage shift requirements, databases, and operational processes while achieving individual and team financial goals. Proactively identify opportunities for candidate placements and market growth.

  • Compliance & Process Improvement: Ensure adherence to legal, safety, and quality standards, and continuously seek ways to improve operational processes to enhance overall efficiency and service delivery.

 

Full-time hybrid role (2 days wfh)

Monday to Friday, supportive team, training & bonuses incentives

 

Let's talk about you!

Our ideal candidate will inspire the following:

  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills – from experience in a commercial call centre, sales or recruitment environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Any certification in business administration, recruitment, sales, or customer service are desirable
  • Experience in recruitment/Operations experience in the healthcare sector (desirable)
  • Experience in Schedulling (Desirable)
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Initiative and ability to work autonomously or within a team
  • Any understanding of the healthcare, nursing, or aged care sectors will put you at an advantage!
  • A background in multi-site service businesses or target-driven environments
