Client & Candidate Management: Build strong relationships with clients healthcare workers (largely nurses), ensuring satisfaction, retention, and seamless placement processes through effective communication and customer service.
Operational Efficiency & Financial Targets: Manage shift requirements, databases, and operational processes while achieving individual and team financial goals. Proactively identify opportunities for candidate placements and market growth.
Compliance & Process Improvement: Ensure adherence to legal, safety, and quality standards, and continuously seek ways to improve operational processes to enhance overall efficiency and service delivery.
Full-time hybrid role (2 days wfh)
