Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Analytics Analyst to conduct analyses that drive strategy and inform product performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, build, execute, and optimize auto decisioning strategy for new client implementations
• Analyze healthcare data to support strategy and program decision making, identifying optimization opportunities
• Prepare reports and data visualizations for internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an analyst role
• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, or a related field preferred
• Experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., SQL, R, SAS) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)
• Understanding of healthcare systems, medical terminologies, and clinical workflows preferred
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
