Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst in Healthcare Analytics specializing in SQL, Power BI, and Databricks.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform research and analysis of complex healthcare claims, pharmacy, and lab data
• Develop and distribute reports using SQL and other analytic tools, ensuring accuracy and adherence to requirements
• Assist with special projects and provide recommendations based on data analysis and trends

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of experience in database and data management
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Experience in analyzing financial and performance management metrics
• Preferred experience in Medical Economics and knowledge of performance indicators
