Health Systems Product Management Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Product Management, Health Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate strategic vision into a cohesive roadmap for Health Systems offerings, including diagnostics and data services
• Oversee the full product lifecycle and ensure compliance with relevant standards while addressing technical and commercial viability
• Serve as the primary product interface for key customer stakeholders and design integration roadmaps

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management or development in diagnostics, health tech, or medical software, with at least 7 years leading product teams
• Experience building and managing large clinico-genomic databases or equivalent data platforms
• Strong background in bioinformatics, computational biology, and data science
• Proven success in launching diagnostic or software products with EMR integration
• Deep understanding of genomics, clinical data interoperability, and healthcare system workflows
