Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the expert on market conditions and emerging trends in health and life insurance products

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field
• FSA preferred
• 7+ years of insurance experience focusing on Medicare supplement, Critical Illness, Final Expense, Term Life, or similar products
• Strong background in product development, pricing, and competitive analysis
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and building partnerships
